Bonus Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; or depositing ৳12,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳22,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means the bonus becomes withdrawable funds only after you have placed bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. Bonus winnings cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

Bonus Example: If you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus. To withdraw this bonus you must place a total of ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10) in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

  • Each bonus has its own expiry period; the bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
  • Only one bonus can be active at a time.
  • Bonus funds are not transferable to another account.

4.4 Cashback and VIP Benefits

VIP members receive weekly cashback. The VIP program is divided into five tiers: Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, Platinum up to 0.8%, and Diamond up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Betting Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless a technical error on the platform is proven. The bet amount must be within the existing balance in your account. 23bajeevip does not offer any credit betting facility.

5.2 Policy on Technical Errors

23bajeevip reserves the right to cancel transactions resulting from a technical error, server disruption, or any other technical issue in a game. In such cases, the original bet amount will be refunded.

5.3 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football, kabaddi, and other sports, the specific rules of each event will apply. Terms for live betting and pre-match betting may differ.
